Dear Oh Dear…..watch and be free

If you’re working on a schedule to watch the Pacific Games, here’s an important tip.

Any sporting venue that is not fenced in go for it.  Games organisers have decided they are free. Why thank you!

Now let’s see where the freebies are.  Mulifanua to watch boat racing and yachting. Apia behind the Central Bank for Beach Volleyball and Mulinu’u for the triathlon.

The fenced venues where they are generous enough to allow you in at no cost are golf at Fagali’i, lawn bowls and cricket inside the sprawling Faleata sporting complex.

Oh and archery. Stui will be going for gold there so go cheer up the old man…wear an armour suit. Arrows will be flying.

For the rest of the venues that’ll be $5 tala please. Not sure if the one ticket you buy will allow you into all the other venues as well for the day.

“…..you can always watch tv or read the papers, dear
