A warning reminder to the pubic with the numerous sightings of children in public gatherings was issued this morning from the National Emergency Operation Centre, NEOC.

The warning comes on the last week of the National State of Emergency declared for four weeks.

“There have been numerous reports of children being seen in public gatherings, therefore, this serves as a reminder of the importance of following the Orders of the State of Emergency which have been established to help control the outbreak,”

Under orders of the state of emergency all children from 19 years old and under are restricted from being included in any organised public gatherings.

Children up to 19 years are also banned from entering any medical facility unless for medical assistance.
