Mystery lingers over the cause of death last Wednesday of a man and woman found inside the backseat of a car at the Tuanaimato Sports Complex.
The bodies are held at the TTM Hospital morgue for a post mortem that police is hoping would pin point the cause of death.
Police was unable to confirm any visible injuries to the bodies of the deceased, despite evidence of blood found on the body of the car.
The couple were discovered inside a grey Nissan Cube vehicle after police were called in at 1.00am in the morning, to a location on the side of the road opposite the UNDP Office Complex.
Police had to break into the vehicle when they arrived at the scene to reach the deceased couple.
No official police confirmation has been given of the bodies but families have identified the man as a senior church pastor of an Assembly of God Congregation not far from where the bodies were found.
The woman is reportedly a member of the same congregation the church pastor served.
Shock and sympathies are pouring in through the social media for the pair from those who knew them well.
Police investigations are continuing.
